First launched in 1956, EUROPA stamps have become one of the most popular collecting areas in European philately, symbolising cooperation, cultural exchange and a shared European identity. For 2026, the 70th Anniversary, the participating postal administrations return again (after 2023) to the idea of a common design. The official design features a dynamic diagonal line of seven dots, representing seven decades of EUROPA stamps. Its modern and abstract visual language connects the past of post-war European cooperation with the present-day idea of unity across borders.
